Our repair centre and retail shop is based in Portishead, near Bristol.
We keep all of our products in stock, including our pre-owned devices and custom skins and protectors. We stock a wide variety of accessories including iPhone cases, iPad cases, mains chargers, car chargers, data cables, power banks, flash drives, SD cards, earphones, mini speakers, car mounts, Bluetooth keyboards and other essentials.
You can drop your device in for repair without booking or paying online - no appointment required. You can just pop in when it suits you, within our opening times.
We do have an appointment service, so you can arrange an appointment for a convenient time if you'd prefer. See Bookings.

We are 0.2 miles up from Waitrose and 0.1 miles up from Subway, on the opposite side. Look out for Pure Offices - Kestrel Court. We are situated on the balcony, which is on the left as you drive in.
Parking is free. We have a lift for disabled access. There is a bike shed on the opposite end of our block.
We have Portishead's best Café right next to us. We have a lounge with food & drink machines and TV in Pure Offices reception. It's a 2 minute walk to: Sainsburys, Lidl, Home Bargains, Waitrose, Subway, Weatherspoons, Aqua, Bottelinos, Parish Wharf Leisure Centre and Portishead Marina.
