We check the battery capacity as part of our testing checklist. An iPhone battery must be at 90-100% capacity to meet our criteria - this is expected to perform reliably for at least 12 months. If the battery does not meet our testing criteria, we fit a brand new one.
If a battery fails or performs inadequately during the warranty period, we will replace it for you.
Yes! We'll transfer your data, set up your new device and buy your old one.

Devices are sent out first class via Royal Mail or DHL, which is usually delivered next working day.

Be advised that all information and prices relating to repair on our website are general guidelines. We cannot confirm many things without assessing a device in person.
We work on phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, iPods, consoles and more. We do screen repairs, battery replacements, liquid damage treatment, data recovery, logic board diagnostics, microsoldering, network unlocking and anything else you need.

If your device has multiple faults, we may offer a multi-repair discount. In a lot of cases, we will need to book the device in for inspection before we can confirm the cost of repair. A technician will contact you to confirm a price and discuss your options.
Price will vary depending on cost and availability of parts, and the complexity of work required.
It depends on the particular device, repair required and time that it is dropped in. We know how important your device is to you, and we strive to make the repair process as efficient and convenient as possible. We offer an express turnaround - most repairs are done within an hour.
Most iPhone repairs are almost always completed in less than an hour. Most Samsung & Huawei repairs are completed in 1-2 hours. Most iPad repairs are completed in 2-4 hours. Most laptop repairs and computer services are completed within 1 day. Logic board repairs, liquid damage treatment, data recovery and other advanced services may take a few days to complete.
For sealed devices and components, we fit strips of tape to hold the parts in place whilst they set, so that you can collect it sooner.
We will give an estimate as to when your device is going to be ready. We will contact you as soon as it is complete. Please provide a contact number or email address.
We keep a lot of parts in stock, such as iPhone, iPad and Samsung screens, batteries and charging ports. If we don't have the parts needed in stock, we can order them in for next working day, and get the repair booked in when we have them; so you're not without your device for too long.
For mail-in repairs, the time-scales are the same; plus postage times (usually 1 working day each way). We'll repair and dispatch the device back to you the day that we receive it in most cases.

Most likely. Batteries are consumable components, which means that they will degrade over time. We do tons of battery replacements, especially for iPhones - which typically need a new battery every 2-3 years.
However, there are a number of other faults that can cause your battery to drain quickly. Be sure to let our technicians know if your phone gets hot or has other performance issues.
If it is an iPhone, iPad or Samsung, you can view and purchase the repair through our website. If it's a different manufacturer or you can't find the repair you need, contact us for a quote first.
Fill in the Repair Sheet & enclose it with the device. We can provide a shipping label, or you can send it via your own means.
We'll repair it & send it back to you fast. More information on mail-in repair is available here.
You don't need an appointment to get your device repaired during our opening times, but you're welcome to book or contact us to make arrangements that suit you.

Some repair centres erase the device before repair. We do not erase the device before repair. In most cases, there is no reason as to why you should lose any data or information on your device.
Advanced services and logic board repair are subject to an increased degree of risk and complexity, which may affect data.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for the loss of any data and suggest backing up your device beforehand if you're concerned about losing your data. Refer to the manufacturer's website for information on how to do this.
We source and fit the best quality parts available. We are constantly testing and refining our parts and procedures.
Some manufacturers sell genuine service pack components, which are identical to your original components. Other manufacturers do not. We source genuine, OEM or high quality compatible parts from various suppliers.

Unfortunately we do occasionally get faulty replacement components. This is a reality that all repair centres have to deal with. Any replacement components we fit are of very high quality, fitted with care by a skilled technician, and fully tested before being returned. We take the necessary steps to reduce the likelihood of you having a problem with a replacement screen, battery etc.
If you do develop an issue with a replacement part whilst it's in warranty, we will make getting it rectified a priority. This usually requires having the part replaced.
Most repairs come with a warranty as standard. You can see more information regarding what's covered under warranty and for how long in our Terms & Conditions.
All repair centres require the customer to provide access to their device or supply the passcode.
Our technicians need to test your device before and after repair. We cannot test new or existing components without access to the device. If we do not have access, we cannot give a warranty on the repair.
We will never access or store your personal data. You can back up and erase the device before handing it in for repair if you'd prefer.
Generally we do not need any of these items. We just need the device fully intact with all its parts.
If the fault specifically relates to the SIM/network or charging the device, then we may need these items.
Yes, we do liquid damage repairs all the time.

No. Once a device has been damaged, opened, or repaired, it has permanently lost water resistance. We will take all necessary steps to fully seal the device, but do not guarantee equivalent protection to that of the original factory seal. We advise keeping your device away from liquid exposure.
We don't offer an insurance service.

Performing a factory reset will erase all content and data, so make sure you back up or save anything that you don't want to lose.
