Are your devices affecting your sleep quality?

Screens emit blue light. Exposure to this kind of light in the evening decreases melatonin production, which is the hormone responsible for initiating sleep.

Light filter apps reduce blue light exposure by making the display a warmer, more yellow-looking colour. Most devices have a built-in light filter program.
For Apple devices, search for "Night Shift"
For Android devices, search for "Blue Light Filter" or "Night Mode"
For Windows devices, search for "Night Light"

Schedule the light filter on your phone, tablet and laptop to turn on a couple of hours before you hit the hay, and experience the many benefits of increased sleep quality 😴 and reduced eye strain 👀
