What does it take?
> Precision. We are using specific temperatures and miniscule tools, in tight, highly concentrated areas.
> Patience. Completing a process can take hours, and it may not even fix the problem. This is very frustrating. At this point it's important to relax, reset and re-assess.
> Care & attention. These are expensive devices, containing valuable data such as photos. At any given moment, we could be less than a millimetre from failure.
> Constant learning. Until mastered, there's always something to learn, practice or improve upon. And reaching mastery is like reaching the horizon.
