Posting your device to us for repair is a quick and easy process. Simply purchase your repair/service and print out a copy of our Repair Sheet. You will also be emailed one of these. Fill in the form, follow the instructions and we'll handle the rest. It is advised that the repair sheet is fully filled in and sent to us with the device to avoid delays in processing your repair.
Postage & Packaging
Be sure to package the device safely and securely. We recommend using bubble wrap or other protective packaging, and ensuring the device can't move around too much. Make sure the address label is fully visible and well stuck down on the outside of the box.
We recommend using a Royal Mail tracked postal service.
If you're sending 5 or more devices, then you'll need to contact us directly first.
Talkback Comms does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged-in-transit goods that are sent by the customer.
You can send the device to us yourself, or we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label for £5.00. This is available as a shipping option at checkout. The label that we provide is a Royal Mail Tracked service. The device should arrive at our repair centre within 48 hours of it being shipped. If you want to guarantee that your device reaches us next-day and/or want to insure the parcel against loss, then we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We will return the device to you as soon as it's repaired. The parcel will be sent to the address on the order/original postage label, unless you request that it be returned to a different address.
