Our repair centre and retail shop is based in Portishead, just outside of Bristol.
We keep a range of products in stock, including our pre-owned phones and tablets, and custom skins and screen protectors. We stock a wide variety of accessories including iPhone cases, iPad cases, mains chargers, car chargers, data cables, power banks, flash drives, SD cards, earphones, car mounts, and other essentials.
Opening Times:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 17:30
Saturday: 10:00 - 16:00
Sunday: Closed
You do not need an appointment to drop in during our opening times. It may be worth calling or emailing to check our stock and/or availability before making the trip. You can contact us to book a time or make arrangements that suit you. If you'd like us to order parts in advance, you can book and pay upfront.

We are 0.2 miles up from Waitrose and 0.1 miles up from Subway, on the opposite side. Look out for Pure Offices - Kestrel Court. We are situated on the balcony, which is on the left as you drive in.
Parking is free. We have a lift for disabled access, which is in with the toilets next to the stairs. There is a bike shed at the other end of our block.
We have Portishead's best Café right next to us. There's also a lounge area with water, TV and Wi-Fi in Pure Offices reception. It's a 2 minute walk to: Sainsburys, Lidl, Home Bargains, Waitrose, Subway, Weatherspoons, Aqua, Parish Wharf Leisure Centre or Portishead Marina.
