Throwback post - Zero-contact collection and return service on empty roads across North Somerset.
This was a lot of work, but it was worth it. Never have we appreciated our customers support so much; which enabled us to keep working and earning; and never have we received so much praise and appreciation for fixing devices, providing technical support and helping out.
1 year ago today, Boris announced that we were in lockdown.
At this point 340 people had died. 1 year on, and it's at 126,000 💔
On the positive side, the death toll is now increasing by less than 20 per day, and 28 million people have had their first dose of the vaccine 💪
If all goes well, we are now 90 days away from all restrictions being lifted, and COVID being gone forever 🍻

Apple surpass Samsung to become #1 smartphone vendor for the first time in 4 years.
In Q4 of 2020, Apple took a 20.8% share of the market, compared to Samsung at 16.2%.
The iPhone 12 series has done well👏
Apple has cut its total iPhone production by 20 percent for 2021, and the iPhone 12 Mini by around 70 percent.
This suggests to us that 12 Mini sales were lower than expected, compared to the 12, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max. We like that there's a smaller option available, and think that Apple can just calibrate and re-balance production to equal demand for the mini smartphone.
