Testing, Condition & Grading

Every device we sell is reliable and ready to go.

We buy from suppliers we trust, and only take on stock that meets our standards. Before a device goes on sale, our in-house technicians:

• inspect it inside and out
• test every function against a comprehensive checklist
• carry out any repairs or refurbishment needed
• test the battery capacity, and fit a new battery if it falls short of our standard
• erase it and reset it to factory settings

Grading

We then grade each device on its cosmetic condition:

Excellent – Little or no sign of use. 

Good – Some signs of use. There may be light scratches on the screen, back or housing.

Whatever the grade, every device has no missing parts, no bent frame, no cracks, and no sign of physical or liquid damage. Every one has been internally inspected, fully tested, and is in full working order.

The grade reflects cosmetic condition only – it makes no difference to performance or functionality, just the price.
