The Process
Fill out our online form in full. We'll send you a quote for the device, based on the information provided. If you accept the quote, you can post the device to us or drop it in to our store.

If you're posting the device to us, you'll need to fill out the Device Purchase Form.

If you're dropping the device to our store, we'll fill out a form when you get here. Our address and opening times can be found here

Note: We need a scanned copy of your ID (e.g. driving licence) before we can proceed with the transaction. This applies to both posted and in-store transactions.

Sell a Device - Terms & Conditions

Condition
If your device has one or more faults of any kind, you will need to select 'Damaged/Faulty'. To be classed as a 'Working' device, it must meet the following criteria:
- Fully functional
- All buttons working
- No cracks
- No bend in the frame
- No liquid damage
- No components missing 
- Factory reset

Please note that we will not accept any device that has components missing. This includes the battery.

We also do not accept devices that are Activation Locked in any case. Please deactivate any security software such as iCloud & Find my iPhone before sending your phone to us.

Posting Your Device To Us
Once you've received and accepted your quote, erased the device and filled out the form, see the following steps:

1) Read our Terms & Conditions.

2) Securely package your device(s) with the completed form.

3) Send your device to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked postal service.

4) We'll test and inspect your device upon receiving it. From here we'll contact you to confirm that we've made payment - provided our Terms & Conditions have been met.

Dropping Your Device To Our Store
Once you've received and accepted your quote, erased the device and filled out the form, see the following steps:

1) Read our Terms & Conditions.

2) Visit our store with the device, your account details and a form of ID. Our address and opening times can be found here

3) We'll fill out a form and give you a copy.

4) We'll test and inspect your device, and make payment within 48 hours, provided our Terms & Conditions have been met. If we find that the device has any additional faults or there's an issue, we will contact you.
