The Process

Booking Online

You can book and pay for your repair online. Select one or multiple repairs as required and add to cart. View you cart before continuing to checkout. If you are a Talkback Plus customer, add your companies unique 8 digit code as a note to the order and on the Repair Sheet to redeem benefits. 

Send It In
You can send your device or devices to us in the post. Book and pay for the repair, fill in the Repair Sheet, and send your device to us. We can provide the postage label for you at an additional charge of £5.00. This is available as a shipping option at checkout. We should receive the device within 48 hours of it being shipped. If you need to get it to us quicker, we recommend using a next day delivery service. See more on how to get your device to us here.

Receive It Back Fast
Return postage is fully included. If you send your device to us, we will return it free of charge via a next day delivery service as soon as it's ready. We complete most repairs same day!

Visit Our Repair Centre
If you're local to us, you can bring your device to our store. We are based in Portishead, near Bristol. See our address and opening times.
We'll get your device repaired fast and let you know when it's ready to collect, which is usually within one hour, depending on the repair. 
We also provide a loan phone service for in-store customers.
You can book and pay for your repair online beforehand or just do it in store.
If your company is a member of Talkback Plus, you'll still need to know your unique company ID to redeem Talkback Plus benefits.
